## What I built

I developed the Naturcontact Shopify store with a focus on performance, operational automation and connected marketing measurement.

### Storefront performance

I customised the theme and optimised load speed, so the storefront stopped making people wait.

### Workflow automation

I built Shopify Flows and custom apps for the jobs Flow could not express on its own.

### Measurement

I integrated Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and other tracking tools.

## The outcome

The store runs faster than the theme I started from, and the routine work — tagging, fulfilment routing, stock flags — happens without anyone opening the admin.
