## What I built

I developed a custom AI-powered website chatbot for customer support, interaction and lead generation. It recognises visitor intent and responds with relevant information and dynamic cards.

## The detail

### Contextual answers

My intent recognition selects relevant responses and cards so visitors can find information without waiting for a human.

### Lead capture

It collects visitor information during conversations and passes it directly to Bitrix24 CRM.

### Sales handoff

It makes captured information available to the sales team for follow-up.

## The outcome

A visitor asking about a robot at midnight gets an answer, and the sales team finds the conversation waiting in Bitrix24 the next morning.
