Ethical Fashion Initiative

Artisans, producers and buyers each came for a different part of the site, kept light for their connections.

What I built

For the Ethical Fashion Initiative, I translated a supplied Figma design into a complete WordPress website using Elementor and custom-built widgets.

How it works

SUPPLIED TRANSLATED THEIR TEAM Supplied Figma designdesign system, brand, UX Elementorthe WordPress page builder Custom-built widgetsbuilt for this design One WordPress siteresponsive, kept light Handed to EFI's teama stack they can edit Kept light on purpose for the connections its audience uses Artisans, producers and buyers each got the part they came for
The mechanism, drawn from the build.

The detail

01

Design fidelity

I implemented the design system while preserving its brand and user-experience requirements.

02

Responsive development

I built it responsive, and kept the page weight low enough to hold up on the connections its audience actually uses.

03

Related EFI work

As a web specialist for the United Nations' International Trade Centre, I also developed Shopify and WordPress websites, fixed SEO and coding issues, and improved site structure, speed and usability.

The outcome

The design survived the translation. EFI's artisans, producers and buyers each got the part of the site they came for, on a stack their own team could edit.

The site no longer resolves from here, so no link is shown.
